Welcome to Conflict Agility Training. These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of courses, training materials, and other content provided through our online learning platform.
By creating an account, purchasing or accessing a course, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Course Access & Licensing
Course access is licensed to one individual participant per enrollment. Your login credentials and course access are for your individual use and may not be shared with another person, including colleagues within the same organization.
Organizations wishing to provide access to multiple participants must purchase or arrange a separate enrollment for each participant.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove course access if login credentials or course access have been shared without authorization.
2. Ownership of Course Materials
Unless otherwise stated, all course content and materials provided by Conflict Agility, including videos, written content, frameworks, models, graphics, exercises, worksheets, reflection questions, presentations, and downloadable resources, are owned by or licensed to Conflict Agility and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your enrollment gives you permission to use these materials for your own learning and professional development. Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the course content or materials to you.
3. Sharing & Reproduction
Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, uploaded, shared, or made available to others without prior written permission from Conflict Agility.
Participants are welcome to apply the ideas and principles learned through the course in their own life and work. However, enrollment does not grant permission to reproduce Conflict Agility materials or use our course materials, frameworks, exercises, videos, or resources to deliver training to others without written permission.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for activity occurring through your account.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.
5. Payments & Refunds
Course fees, payment terms, and any applicable refund or cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of purchase or through a separate agreement with Conflict Agility.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchasing access to a course provides access only to the course or services identified at the time of purchase.
6. Educational Purpose
Conflict Agility courses and resources are provided for educational and professional-development purposes. While we aim to provide thoughtful and practical approaches to conflict, participation does not constitute legal, psychological, therapeutic, or other regulated professional advice.
Participants remain responsible for how they apply course concepts to their own circumstances.
7. Changes to Courses or These Terms
We may occasionally update course content, our learning platform, or these Terms of Use. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this document.
